Abstract:
To provide a simple plain ridge tile which has an appearance of full-fledged plain ridge tiling with a simple construction, and which can freely set the number of stages of a plain ridge tile surface and the width of the ridge, to provide a manufacturing method of the same, and to provide a ridge structure using this simple plain ridge tile.SOLUTION: A simple plain ridge tile 10 includes a rectangular upper surface part 11, a tile body 13 having a substantially L-shaped cross section and comprising a hanging part 12 in which a horse joint pattern 14 is formed, and a bead part 17 formed at a face portion on a tail side of the tile body 13, and a ridge structure using the same is provided. Also, in a manufacturing method of the simple plain ridge tile 10, one side of the simple plain ridge tile 10 is molded by using a body metal mold for molding the tile body 13 in which a surface for molding the hanging part 12 is arranged perpendicularly or obliquely with respect to the press direction and by using an auxiliary metal mold fixed to one side surface of the body metal mold and for molding the bead part 17, and then, the auxiliary metal mold is moved to the side surface on the opposite side of the body metal mold, and the simple plain ridge tile 10 on the opposite side is molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
