Abstract:
To provide a method for easily and inexpensively detecting a substance causing allergy such as asthma or atopy( allergen ), i.e. a mite antigen.
A reagent for detecting a mite antigen is provided, containing a water-soluble polypeptide to which a water-soluble coloring matter such as Cy3 is bound, preferably -poly-L-lysine. More specifically, this reagent is such that glass beads are immobilized with -poly-L-lysine using a condensation agent and introducing Cy3 reactive dye into the -poly-L-lysine.
