Abstract:

To solve the problem that diaper change for infant, etc. is difficult because of their unruly acts during diaper change such as turning over in bed, as the traditional turning-over-in bed preventive device is a mat that binds the infant's both hands and body, but it is large sized and difficult to carry between infant or invalid households; further, a half conscious invalid or cared old man ignorant of the reason for their necessary treatments, hates and violently avoids them, sometimes making their execution difficult, or gets up from bed and walks around without recognizing the reason why they need rest and quiet, so their such dangerous acts must be prevented.

(1) Belts 2 and 3 each having engaging stoppers are installed at the right and left sides of on the body 1 of a flat bar. (2) A hook and loop fastener having end faces (A) and (B) is provided on the both ends of the belts 2 and 3. (3) The device is available for both an adult and a child by adjusting the length of the bar body 1 and the lengths of belts 2 and 3.
