Title:
SIMPLIFIED INHALATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0268296
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To protect eyes and supply air or oxygen necessary for inspiration for a certain period of time in the condition with two hands put free by furnish ing a suction control device which supplies a supply gas from a pressure regulat ing device into a pair of glasses by means of the pressure difference of the suction pressure of a glasses wearer from the external pressure.

CONSTITUTION: Two high pressure containers are screwed in on both sides of a frame 1 and fitted so as to enclose eyes and nose. In this condition, no air from high pressure containers will yet be supplied, but inhalation of air by nose lowers the air pressure in this frame 1 below the external pressure, and a diaphragm 16 of a suction control device 10 deflects to inside the frame 1. Now a push rod 17 retracts and the tip of a lever 18 is held fast, and a valve stem 19 advances through the lever action of the base end of the lever 18 to move an opening/closing valve 20, and thus the air passage of a valve seat 22 is opened. Thereby the air from an air tube 9 is sent through the perimeters of the valve stem 19 from the gaps around the opening/closing valve 20 to be introduced into the frame 1 from an opening in the base end of the lever 18.
