Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simulate a real subject precisely with simple equipment and to improve its reliability by selectively connecting some I/O parts out of plural operation controlling blocks with plural simulation operating blocks. CONSTITUTION:Measured values SE1-SEN of respective processes are applied to input processing circuits IN1-INn consisting of microcomputers or the like and inputted to operation controlling blocks F1-FN through switches SW1- SWn to be operated with signals SV1-SVN and the operated results MV1- MVN are outputted to process operators V1-VN through output processing circuits OUT1-OUTN. Out of the switches SW1-SWN, M pieces of switches or less are turned from contacts (a) to contacts (b) and are connected to simulation parts S1-SN. Simulation operation controlling blocks SB1-SBM in the simulation parts S1-SN contains time constant, gain and dead time elements and can be optionally changed. The simulation parts S1-SM are also provided with disturbance operation blocks SU1-SUM. Thus highly reliable simulation is performed by simple operation.
