PURPOSE: To efficiently produce a flexible container, etc., by flattening a circular woven fabric, cutting the woven fabric into an odd number of pieces thereof and then winding the cut pieces in the course of weaving and winding the woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: A circular woven fabric 2 woven from tape yarns 7; comprising polypropylene or polyethylene and fed from creel stands 6 with a circular knitting machine body 1 is folded double through rolls 8 and 8' to provide a flattened woven fabric 3. The cut face of the resultant woven fabric is thermally fused while cutting the woven fabric into an odd number of pieces of the woven fabric, e.g. three pieces A, B and C by utilizing a heating wire or high frequencies between one end of the flattened woven fabric 3 and the other end thereof at a dividing position 9. The resultant pieces are then respectively extended into one piece and continuously wound.
