Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device by which a first DC voltage is converted to a second DC voltage.
SOLUTION: The first DC voltage is applied between an internal circumferential part and an external circumferential part of a first conductive disk constituted by a rotor to generate a current. A magnetic field oriented on a rotor shaft is applied to rotate the rotor reacting on the current. A step to connect rotation of the rotor is provided at at least one of second conductive disks disposed on the magnetic field to generate at least the second DC voltage between an internal circumferential part and an external circumferential part of the second conductive disk or a group of disks.
