Abstract:

To provide a sinker for fishing which is swiftly sinkable on a desired shelf while preventing its own vibration and capable of preventing entanglement of a fishing tackle.

The sinker 1 for fishing includes a bombshell-shaped sinker body 2 elongated back and forth, and a blade member 4 fitted on the rear end 2a of the sinker body 2 so as to be rotatable by a support shaft 3. In the sinker, the sinker body 2 is made of a metal such as iron, stainless steel, lead, or tungsten, or a synthetic resin or the like heavily formed by means of mixing a metal; the blade member 4 includes a central cylindrical part 4b having a through-hole 4a through which the support shaft 3 is inserted, and a plurality of blades 4c radially extending outward from the cylindrical part 4b, and is made of a material such as a synthetic resin or a metal, lower in specific gravity than the sinker body 2, wherein each of the blades 4c is formed into a plate, and has a resistance surface 4d inclinedly formed relative to the axial direction.
