Abstract:
To prevent poor lubrication and lowering of a dynamic pressure action by reducing surface holes of a sintered bearing without largely increasing costs.
The maximum diameter d of the surface holes formed in a bearing surface through melting of Sn metallic powder as a binder is set to be within a range of 0 md25 m. The binder metallic powder having the maximum particle diameter of 25 m or smaller is used for this purpose.
