Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sintered Ti alloy excellent in ductility and strength.
CONSTITUTION: This sintered Ti alloy consists of, by weight, 2-8% Al, 2-6% V, 2-8% Co, a Cr-B metallic compd. contg. 0.01-0.3% B basing on the total amt. and 1-6% Mo and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities. This sintered Ti alloy has enhanced strength and ductility by the addition of Mo.
