Abstract:
To provide a sitting position type trainer that can allow easy bending and stretching exercises of arms and legs in a small installation space.
This sitting position type trainer comprises mounting part on which a user's feet can be fixedly mounted, a connecting part to which the mounting part is detachably joined and which is given reciprocating motion in preset directions, a guide part for limiting the directions of the reciprocating motion of the connecting part, and an adjusting means for adjusting the movements of the reciprocating motion. The angle that the mounting part makes between the guide part is variable when the mounting part is joined to the connecting part.
