PURPOSE: To restrict motion error and make high precision sizing possible by having action passages to the work surface of a nozzle body memorized in a computer as three-dimensional and biaxial information of a plural points along outer edge parts of a shoe die, and controlling and driving carriers and the nozzle body.
CONSTITUTION: As the control means of a control motor, plural points along outer edge parts of a shoe die 7 are selected in coordinates of the shoe die 7 as a model, obtained information are memorized in the memorizing device of a computer to form work data, based on which control motors M1, M2, M3 for driving carriers 3 (X-axis), 4 (Y-axis), 5 (Z-axis), and control motors M4, M5 for an angle regulating means 43 of a nozzle body unit U and the angle regulating means 45 of a nozzle body 6 and controlled and driven for their rotational speed and direction by drive signals generated by a computer control means. The nozzle body 6 is thus moved i the X-, Y-, Z-axis direction on the upper surface of the upper surface outer edge part block 1a of a shoe main body 1, and it is oscillated right and left about an axis O1 in the X-axis direction and about an axis O2 in the Y-axis direction, and by controlling these five axes, binding agent is discharged and applied.
