Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To soften an impact transmitted to a wheel on a front end side even when there is an unevenness on the ground, which is a running surface, and improve the running stability in a skateboard.
SOLUTION: In this skateboard, wheels 5 and 23 for running are provided on both of the front and rear ends of a board body 1, and a handle bar 2 which extends upward from the wheel 5 on the front end side is provided. In such a skateboard, to the lower end of the handle bar 2 which vertically through the cylindrical section 4 of a handle bar-attaching member 3, the upper end of a front fork 6 is fixed. Then, the rear ends of brackets 10 which are located in a manner to pinch the wheel 5 on the front end side are superposed with the lower ends of the rear ends of plate sections 6a on both sides of the front fork 6. In the superposed sections, the brackets 10 are pivotally connected to the front fork 6. The wheel 5 on the front end side is attached to the lower ends of the front ends of the brackets 10 in a manner to be rotatable around the horizontal axis. Then, a coil spring 15 is respectively attached in spaces between the plate sections 6a on both sides of the front fork 6 and the brackets 10 on both sides.
