CONSTITUTION: A partition plate 12 with a cover sheet 13 being hung is mounted into a bag frame 1 to form a ski shoes chamber at the lower part thereof while a petit items chamber (d) is formed at the upper part thereof. A press member is mounted to press a pipe material 14' of a pull 14 (a pipe material 14') and a lock lever to press or release the pull 14 by rotating the press member by a friction force both on the side of the bag frame 1.
