Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a ski brake which is compact-size and rich in easiness of connection and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A ski brake includes an energizing member 10 coupled to a slider 20 where a spring 21 is operated, a support 30 of a brake arm 40 is engaged with the slider 20, and during the translation motion of the slider, an arm is rotated round a first shaft 31. In a designated part of the arm rotation, a curved connecting part 46 provided at the terminal part of each arm interacts with a part firmly related to a ski, and the terminal part is rotated round a second shaft 41.
