Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a skier to give the desired flexibility to a ski even under a special required condition, by installing a means for controlling the deflection, and absorbing the vibration, between at least one ski binding member and an end of the ski. CONSTITUTION: At least one cover component is arranged between a ski binding member 2 and an end 4 of a ski, and is connected with deflection controlling and vibration absorbing means 20, 21 mutually. A first to third cover components 5, 6, 7 have the shape of a box, and plural transverse seats 8, 9, 12, 13 are formed on at least one or more than one of these. The second cover component 6 whose both ends are strongly fixed between the corresponding adjacent ends of the first and third cover components 5, 7, adjusts the deflection controlling and vibration absorbing means 20, 21 of the ski. The deflection controlling and vibration absorbing means are mounted in an axial direction relating to the second cover component 6, on a suitable fifth seat 16 formed inward.
