This stand is provided with a base frame part integrally formed by connecting horizontal cross pieces 13 and 23 by a seat plate 32 being the seat of a chair part, a skiboard stand part 40 where a pair of engaging bars 42a and 42b in the state of slide-movable along the outside surface of the horizontal cross pieces while being engaged with the respective horizontal crosspieces is provided on the sides of both of the ends of supporting bars 40a and 40b and where the engaging bars are rotated on the outside surfaces of the side surface supporting frames at positions where the engaging bars are pulled out to the middle of the horizontal crosspieces to be engaged at positions orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the horizontal crosspieces, and a backrest where fitting rotation arms 64 are retatably fitted to the crosspieces 13 and 23 oppositely to the seat board and a back board 62 is fitted between the pair of rotation arms.
