Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the consumption of a ceramics member in a skid rail complexing the ceramics for improving the thermal efficiency of the skid rail in a continuous heating furnace and preventing the generation of skid mark.
CONSTITUTION: A heat resistant alloy-made ceramics member fixing metallic tool 4 is provided on a rail base material 3 having a water cooling pipe, and to the fixed metallic tool 4, the ceramic member 6 is fixed through a heat insulating material. A part of the fixing metallic tool 4 is covered with a castable refractory 7 and only the upper part thereof is exposed.
