This skiing training device 10 is provided with a body supporting structure part 12 and a slide braking part 13 attached thereto. The body supporting structure part 12 is provided with a ski board connecting part 121 for connecting it to an auxiliary ski board, a vertically erected structure part 123 supporting a horizontal part 124 from the the lower part, and the horizontal structure part 124 having a grip part 125 formed in one part. The slide braking part 13 is provided with a brake operation part 136 and a brake part 137 connected thereto and producing a resistance against the sliding direction.
