To provide a skin cleanser which has excellent rinsability on washing, gives excellent skin touch (smooth touch, dry touch), after the skin is dried with towel, and has excellent product stability.

This skin cleanser is characterized by containing the emulsion of a polyolefin-based polymer having a melting point of ≥105°C. The polyolefin-based polymer in the polymer emulsion has preferably an average particle diameter of 10 to 1,000 nm. The polyolefin-based polymer is preferably polyethylene or its derivative, polypropylene or its derivative, or their copolymer.
