Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a skin cleansing agent capable of carrying out removal of makeup and skin washing for cleansing stain on the skin and sebaceous matter in one step.
CONSTITUTION: This skin cleansing agent containing no oil content is obtained by blending 1.0-80wt.% polyethylene glycol dioleate and/or polyethylene glycol diisostearate to which 10-18mol number of ethylene oxide is added.
