To provide a skin treatment material in which a mineral having the natural polarization is used to safely and efficiently generate negative ions and remove the pain on the skin.

The skin treatment material contains a) a powdery mineral having natural polarization and b) an organic fluorine resin compound in a contacting state, both of which have particle sizes of ≤1 mm and the mixing ratio of these components is preferably 1/99-99/1. The mixture of the component a) with the component b) may be applied on sheets, e.g. made of cloth, or may be made sprayable as a liquid treatment material.
