To provide a sleeper capable of continuously carrying out the construction of the sleeper without making an operator stoop down too much even if a small tunnel by making a comparison between an inside diameter thereof and height of the operator is constructed.
The sleeper 1 is used for holding a pair of rails 11 guiding vehicles 101a and 109 conveying the segment and necessary materials for the manufacture of machinery in the tunnel in order to construct a cylindrical lining body 300a' by lining the existing reinforced concrete-made segment 301 on the inside surface 301a of an excavated pile 300 having a circular cross section. The sleeper 1 includes a main plate 13 bringing the surface into contact with the inside surface bent so as to coincide with a curvature of the inside surface 301a of the segment 301 and a pair of rail mounting sections 15 mounting the rails 11 provided to the main plate 13 on them respectively.
