Abstract:

To control the temperature of air to induce a change in the body temperature of an air-conditioned person 100 into a V-shape while keeping the air-conditioned person 100 sleeping in a sleeping space 11 head-cool and feet-warm.

In a sleeping capsule 10 having a head-side air conditioning unit 13 and a leg-side air conditioning unit 14, the temperature of leg-side conditioned air 71W is kept higher than the temperature of head-side conditioned air 61W. Thus, the air-conditioned person 100 in a sleeping condition is kept head-cool and feet-warm. Besides, the set temperatures of both conditioned air 71W, 61W are controlled in accordance with a degree of deep sleep of the air-conditioned person 100 to induce a change in the body temperature of the air-conditioned person 100 into a V-shape.
