To provide a sleeve fixing implement which enables a sleeve for securing a space for piping and wiring to be firmly fixed to reinforcements in a form with the arranged reinforcements in such a manner as not to come off, and which can suppress the corrosion of the reinforcements.

In this sleeve fixing implement 10, a reinforcement mounting portion 11 and a sleeve mounting portion 21 are arranged in such a manner that axis lines are orthogonal to each other, and connected together by means of a connecting portion 18.
