To provide a method which enables a sleeve tube for forming a through-hole to be easily and surely fixed between forms especially even if a wall thickness is great.
One opening end 21 of the sleeve tube is sealed with a sealing implement 10 with a pin material 13, protruding from a surface, in such a manner that the pin material 13 is protruded to the outside. Subsequently, a leading end of the pin material is pressed against a desired position on an inner surface of a first form 31, and the other end 22 of the sleeve tube is hit to make the pin material 13 bite in. Thus, the sleeve tube 20 is fixed onto the surface of the first form 31. The sleeve tube 20 is fixed to an arranged bar 41 by means of a wire rod 42. Finally, the first and second forms 31 and 32 are fastened together by pressing a second form 32 against the other end 22 of the opening of the sleeve tube. Concrete is poured between both the forms 31 and 32, and the forms and the sealing implement are removed after the drying and solidification of the concrete. Consequently, a concrete wall with the through-hole is completed.
