Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain excellent damping effect and manufacture more economically by forming a front wall which is shaped to be easily movable by virtue of a diaphragm design so that upon the introduction of vibrations of a frequency of 50 Hz no significant change occurs in the pressure in the chambers. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sleeve damper comprises an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 which are supported by an elastic body 3. The elastic body 3 contains two chambers 4, 5 lying in the direction of the vibrations introduced. A front wall 7 which is shaped to be easily movable by virtue of a diaphragm design is formed so that upon the introduction of vibrations of a frequency of 50 Hz no significant change occurs in the pressure in the chambers 4, 5. Thus it is possible to obtain excellent damping effect and manufacture more economically.
