Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decelerate a slide door if the fault or abnormality of a CPU is detected when the slide door runs at a high speed.
SOLUTION: A slide door opening/closing control device 10 has a slide door slid to open/close the opening of a vehicle body, a motor M to drive the slide door to be opened/closed, a battery 2 to supply power to the motor M and a CPU 1 to control the motor M. It also has a fault detecting circuit 40 to detect the fault or abnormality of the CPU 1 and switches Q1, Q2 to short the power input end of the motor M and open the power input end after a preset time if the fault or abnormality of the CPU 1 is detected by the fault detecting circuit 40.
