PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily move a slide form with high degree of accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: Hooks on the upper ends of a slide form are fixed to hooks 8905 with pins, and the slide form is lifted up. Lifters 89a and 89b are constituted of worm gear/jacks 8903a and 8903b for raising and lowering both right and left liftable rods 8901a and 8901b with power of an electric motor. Stroke/ sensors 8904a and 8904b are mounted to each of the jacks, and analogue signals of the amount of stroke in each of the jacks are outputted. A controller 90 obtains difference in a moving amount between both right and left liftable rods based on the digital signals, rotational speed of the motor in the jack is controlled on the basis of the result, and the moving amount of the right liftable rod is the same as that of the left liftable rod. Accordingly, the slide form is raised in a state to keep in balance between both right and left heights.
