Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a single molded plastic slider from having rattling by involving projections which project in two of lateral and side directions, and by narrowing the projections between the side and vertical walls of the guide channel of a window. CONSTITUTION: A slider 20 is a molded plastic product, whose body member 42 involves projections 52, 54, 56, and 58 integrated with it, and having stiffness as well as elasticity. A pair of projections 52 and 54 and another pair of projections 56 and 58 are formed so as to face them each other, and is placed on the both side of a socket 48 so as to project in such a direction that faces side walls 24 and 26 of a guide channel 22. The body member 42 also involves wing-shaped projections 62, 64, 66, and 68 integrated with it and having stiffness as well as elasticity, and projecting in such a direction that faces a wall 28 which is one of vertical walls of the guide channel 22. All of these projections 52, 54, 56, 58, 62, 64, 66, and 68 are narrowed when the slider 20 is slid into the guide channel 22, thus it is possible to prevent the slider 20 from having rattling within the guide channel 22.
