PURPOSE: To play a curling game in simple facilities, by providing a rolling body in the front and rear positions in the bottom of a main body and a flat hand-touch face at the upper part of the main body.

CONSTITUTION: This sliding body 1 is provided with a main body 2 made of a rigid urethane or other plastics which are excellent in the mechanical properties like hardness, shock-resistance, etc., and formed to shape a disk and a flat hand-touch face 3 at the central upper part of the main body 2 and further, a number of rollers 4, 4a..., rotating in the sliding direction A at the front and rear sides of the lower part. The hand touch face 3 is formed by making the central upper face hollow or by swelling it a little from the upper face. The upper face is preferably formed so as to decline to the reverse direction against the sliding direction A. The rollers 4 are detachably fitted to the main body 2 and constituted of a cassette body 6 fitted in a recess 5 formed at the bottom face of the main body 2 and a wheel part 7 set in the cassette body 6, as a unit.
