Abstract:
PURPOSE: To display the effect of self-lubricative material to the maximum so as to realize stable low friction and low wear under wide conditions by impregnating lubricating oil or compounding a solid lubricant into the member side with large friction face area in a sliding device.
CONSTITUTION: Between each vane 6 sliding always on the same friction face and a cylinder 3 with the friction face with which each vane 6 comes in contact while changing its position with the lapse of time in a rotary compressor formed of the vanes 6 and the cylinder 3, the member with large friction face area, that is, the cylinder 3 side, is impregnated with lubricating oil or compounded with a solid lubricant.
