Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive legal authorization as a fireproof structure executable to a sliding door, and capable of preventing jetting-out of a flame when a fire is caused, in a fireproof device.SOLUTION: The fireproof device comprises a male member 7 existing between both of a door frame for forming an opening 2 and a sliding door 4 for opening-closing the opening 2 by a slide and provided in one of a vertical edge part 4a of the sliding door 4 and a vertical frame part 3a of the door frame for mutually meeting when fully closing the sliding door 4 and a female member 8 provided in the other, and the male member 7 is provided with an engaging projection 15 in arrangement for oppositely approaching-separating to the female member 8 by the slide of the sliding door 4, and the female member 8 is formed with an engaging port 24 for fitting the engaging projection 15 by the slide in the closing direction of the sliding door 4 and the innermost part moving chamber 25 for allowing the longitudinal movement for the engaging projection 15 by expanding in the longitudinal direction in the innermost fitting position more than the engaging port 24.
