Abstract:

PURPOSE: To adjust freely the position of a lock stopper in a guide groove, where the lock stopper is buried and fixed in the guide groove of a sliding door for an automatic door or the like.
CONSTITUTION: This lock stopper comprises a block 2 which is so large that it may be fitted into a guide groove B of a siding door. A penetration hole 3 is formed on both sides of the block 2. A pair of lock pins 4 are housed in this penetration hole 3 in such a fashion that it may slide freely. The end face opposed to the paired lock pins 4 is arranged to form a slope surface which is tapered at the tip. A female threaded hole 7, whose tip is so deep to reach the penetration hole 3, is formed on the top of the block 2 or its end face. A small machine bolt 9, which is so large as to reach the end faces opposed to the paired lock pins 4 housed in the penetration hole 3, is screwed into the female threaded hole 7.
