Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent run-out of a valve rod, to decrease sliding resistance of the valve rod, and to reduce abrasion of a valve seat in a motor-operated valve in which the rotation of a stepping motor is converted to the axial operation by a screw mechanism to perform contact and separation of a valve to the valve seat. SOLUTION: In this motor-operated valve, the rotation of a motor M is converted to the axial operation by screw mechanisms 18, 19 to perform contact and separation of the valve element to the valve seat. The valve is provided with a valve main body 28 including the respective connecting parts to an inflow pipe 29a and an outflow pipe 29b formed at both end parts, and a member 37 having valve seats 28a, 28b and valves 38a, 38b, which is disposed in the interior thereof. The member 37 is formed as a member separate from a connecting rod 20 as a rotating shaft of the motor M, and the connecting rod is disposed concentrically with the member 37 and vertically movably. The member 37 supports a part of the rod rather closer to the upper end on a motor main body 25 through a bearing 60 to prevent run-out of the valve rod, decrease sliding resistance of the valve rod and reduce abrasion of the valve seat.
