The slip envelope 10 includes a first sheetlike base material 20 having a first envelope base material portion 21, a sealing assistant base material portion 22, and a first sealing base material portion 23, a second sheetlike base material 30 having a second envelope base material portion 31 and a second sealing base material portion 32, an adhesive layer 40 via which the first and second envelope material portions 21 and 31 are pasted together to form a baglike pocket, and a sealing adhesive layer 41 provided on the first sealing base material portion 23. The first sealing base material portion 23 is folded back and glued to the second sealing base material portion 32 via a sealing adhesive layer 41 to seal an opening of the baglike pocket.
