PURPOSE: To obtain a slip output device where the calculation within a slip is possible to be easily performed based on a preliminarily set keyword without changing a main slip processing program by outputting the calculation which is performed within a slip based on a keyword based on the format designated for every record data after the calculation is performed.
CONSTITUTION: A data storage means is composed of a source file storage part 20. A key designation means is composed of a CPU 10, a ROM 11, a RAM 12 and an input part 13. In the same way, a data extraction means is composed of a slip preparation part 17, a work memory 18 and a slip file storage part 19, etc. A data fairing means is composed of a format setting part 15, a format memory 16, a slip preparation part 17 and a work memory 18, etc. A data output means is composed of a display part 14 and a printing part 22, etc. By this constitution, a calculation is performed within a slip based on the keyword which is preliminarily set for a prescribed calculation expression setting item and the calculation is outputted based on the format designated by an output designation means for every record data.
