Title:
SLIT MEMBER FOR NONSTRUCTURAL WALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3205807
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit member for a nonstructural wall, which can reduce the number of component parts, can be easily and accurately mounted with a high fixing extent, is neither deformed, nor broken, nor moved without using a cushioning material when concrete is placed, ensures verticality of a joint and good workability, ensure fire-resistance performance over two hours without using a fire resistive material, sufficiently ensures cut-off performance, durability, and impact resistance when concrete is placed, and is produced at reduced cost.
SOLUTION: A main body 5 is formed so as to have an elliptical cross section having arched portions on both sides thereof by using an extrusion material formed of a light metal such as aluminum. The main body has first projecting bars 6 and second projecting bars 7 integrally formed with each arched portion, which bars protrude from ends of each arched portion. The first strips 6 protrude toward a structural frame 2 and toward the interior of a nonstructural wall 1, and the second projecting bars 7 protrude orthogoanlly to the first projecting bars 6 toward gaps between contact surfaces of the structural frame 2 and the nonstructural wall 1. The projecting bars 6 protruding toward the interior of the structural frame 2 are made longer.
