Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit nozzle which can easily and accurately form a slit interval.SOLUTION: A slit nozzle includes a laminated structure 5 of a plurality of plates interposed between a first base and a second base. The laminated structure 5 includes a pore plate 6 having a plurality of pores 7, 8, a guide plate 10 having a guide passage 11, a plurality of distribution plates 15, 23 formed with distribution passage capable of distributing liquid in a thickness direction (lamination direction) and a discharge port direction, and a spacer plate 20 arranged between the plurality of distribution plates 15, 23 and having communication parts 21. The distribution passage is composed of notch parts 16, 24 and hole parts 18, 26 of extension parts 17, 25 between the notch parts 16, 24. In a laminated state, each of opening parts of the notch parts 16, 24 of the plurality of distribution plates 15, 23 forms a slit-shaped discharge port extending in a longitudinal direction.
