Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of accurately, continuously and automatically processing slit processing of a seal member.SOLUTION: A slit processing machine comprises: a feeding air cylinder 16 having an air chuck 14 and feeding a chip seal 12 gripped by the air chuck 14 by a predetermined distance; an upper surface slit air cylinder 20 having on a tip of a cylinder 20b a tool (blade) 20a for forming a slit by cutting an upper surface of the chip seal 12 placed on a seal member cut table 18 from the oblique upper direction by gripping by the air chuck 14 and returning the tool (blade) 20a by retreat operation after cutting; and a side surface slit air cylinder 22 having on a tip of a cylinder 22b a tool (blade) 22a for forming a slit by cutting a side surface of the chip seal 12 from the oblique upper direction and returning the tool (blade) 22a by the retreat operation after cutting. The chip seal 12 is separated by releasing the air chuck 14, and operation for retreating the feeding air cylinder 16 by the predetermined distance is repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
