Title:
SLIT VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3718581
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slit valves from being mutually superposed on keeping or transporting them, by protruding vertical ribs at the inner periphery of the cylindrical wall of a valve base at every certain distance.
SOLUTION: In this slit valve A1, the inside lower end 16 of vertical ribs 7 are fixed to the inner points P2 than the inside face of the cylindrical wall 5 of the external face of the retaining cylindrical wall 10 of a slit valve A2. A force F2 acting on the retaining wall 10 works as a bending moment bending inward the retaining cylindrical wall 10 of the slit valve A2 against the connection part 5a with the cylindrical wall 5. As the vertical ribs 7 of the slit valve A2 reinforce the cylindrical wall 5 and prevent the inward deformation, the retaining cylindrical wall 10 is bent inward around the connection part 5a and the inclined degree is increased to prevent the slit valve A2 from being fitted in the slit valve A1. In this way, the structure prevents slit valves from being mutually superposed when they are kept after boxing or transferred or transported.
