PURPOSE: To make each individual sheet windable in high quality, by winding a narrow sheet on a sheet roll via fractionating touch rollers installed individually, in case of a slitter winder for paper or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A broad sheets S out of a raw paper roll 1 is divided into narrow sheets by a slitter 4, delivered by a deliver roller 2, and each of them is rolled on winding shafts 5a and 5b via individual fractionating touch roller groups 6a and 6b, forming a sheet roll R. Rational driving force of a driving shaft 7 is transmitted to these touch rollers 6a and 6b via cone pulleys 11a and 11c and a belt 11b, while the belt position is adjusted by a adjusting mechanism 11d whereby velocity is changed to the specified rate. In addition, contact pressure of these fractionating touch rollers 6a and 6b against the sheet roll R is regulated in a way of rocking a rocker arm 8 with a pressure contact device 19 of a spring type one, or the like. Thus, each individual fractionating sheet is windable to a sheet roll in high quality and, what is more, efficiency in post-treatment is improved.
