Abstract:
To provide a slitter capable of automating a series of processes and eliminating a manual operation by a worker, thereby eliminating a reduction in an operation rate and a workload on the worker.SOLUTION: A winding device 20 that winds a web around a winding core 8 to form a wound product, a product take-off device 65 that carries out the wound product, and a working device 55 that delivers the winding core 8 to the winding device 20 and receives the wound product are provided, and the working device 55 includes core preparation means 56 that receives the winding core 8, and wound product conveyance means 57 that conveys the wound product. The arrangement of the working device 55 is switchable into: an arrangement in which the winding core 8 can be received by winding core preparation means 56; an arrangement that allows winding core preparation means 56 to pass the received winding core 8 to the winding device 20; an arrangement in which wound product conveyance means 57 can receive the wound product; and an arrangement in which the wound product received by wound product conveyance means 57 can be carried out by the product take-off device 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
