Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title device usable even when ceiling is low and capable of accurately stopping a nipper at prescribed position on the way to stroke by dividing a lifting and lowering device into two parts and lifting and lowering the nipper at two stages.
CONSTITUTION: A housing 14 is lowered and moved by action of the first lifting and lowering device 2 by regular driving of a motor and when bracket 23 to be moved is engaged with a stopper 22, winding transmission section 17 is moved at same speed as lowering speed of a housing against press force of spring 21. An arm 24 in which a nipper 25 is provided at the tip is moved according to movement of a housing and winding transmission section.
