To bore a hole for fixing an anchor or the like, in an object slope efficiently and safely at the time of performing slope frame construction work or the like.
This slope boring device has a frame 12, guide cell provided at the frame 12, and a drifter 48 movable along the guide cell, and bores a slope by a bit operated by the drifter 48. In this case, a lateral pair of outriggers that can advance/retreat in a longitudinal direction are provided at the front of the frame 12, and hanging parts 44 are provided at the front lateral sides of the frame 12. The length of a suspension wire 64 wound around a pulley 54 at the rear part of the guide cell is adjusted by a pulley 60 moved by a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 56, thus controlling the attitude of the frame 12 and drifter 48.
