Abstract:
To provide sludge in a liquid recovering and liquid removing apparatus which suppresses the decrease of flow rate on a sludge recovery process and can improve the efficiency of processing.SOLUTION: Sludge in a liquid recovering and liquid removing apparatus includes a filter provided with a freely up-and-down movable upper shell which connects a dirty liquid introduction line, a lower shell which connects a liquid recovery line and a belt-type filter cloth which captures sludge, a bypass line through which a part or all of liquid introduced into the upper shell is returned to a tank via a flow rate attenuation rectifying pipe arranged in the upper shell, a vacuum pump which sucks liquid containing sludge from the tank in a sludge recovery process and returns liquid to the tank via the liquid recovery line and the bypass line, a compressed air supply means which decompresses an interior of the lower shell and, at the same time, compresses an interior of the upper shell with compressed air by means of a vacuum pump in a sludge liquid removing process, and a belt drive mechanism which displaces the filter cloth and, thereby, discharges sludge in a sludge discharge process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
