To provide a sludge processing vessel which is capable of performing a processing for immediately making sludge into resources after sludge is collected.
A sludge processing vessel 10 is provided with a vessel body 10a and a dredging device 1 provided on the vessel body 10a. A sludge 11 which is collected from the dredging device 1 and is passed through a filter device 2 is dried in an water removing part 3 and diluted in a dilution/rinse part 6. A water intake is performed in a water intake part 4 and fresh water passed through a fresh water purifying device 5 is delivered to the dilution/rinse part 6. After sludge 11 is repeatingly processed between the water removing part 3 and the dilution/rinse part 6, is demineralized and is passed through a heavey metal eliminating device 7, a water removing/drying processing is performed for sludge in an water removing/drying device 8.
