To provide a sludge scraping machine having no problem in a point of strength.
The sludge scraping machine is provided with a vertical shaft mechanism 3 arranged on a central part of a precipitation tank 8; a scraping mechanism 6 provided with an extension member 4 extending from the vertical shaft mechanism 3 and a scraping member 5 fixed to the extension member 4 and scraping the sludge on a bottom part of the precipitation tank 8; and a drive means 7 for rotating the scraping mechanism 6 on the vertical shaft mechanism 3. Further, the vertical shaft mechanism 3 is provided with a non-rotation shaft 1 placed on a bottom surface 8a of the precipitation tank; and a rotation cylinder 2 coaxially provided around the non-rotation shaft 1. The extension member 4 is extended from the rotation cylinder 2 and the drive means 7 is provided on the non-rotation shaft 1 and rotates the rotation cylinder 2 making the non-rotation shaft 1 as an axis. All respective members are constituted by a plastic material.
