PURPOSE: Efficient operation, total-frame same-time open type dehydrator enabling dehydrated cake discharge is provided, eliminating the need for large-capacity long-stroke hydralic cylinder and strong connection frames.
CONSTITUTION: Lift frame 2 is slidably engaged with center frame 1 and made vertically movable by lift cylinder 11 movement. A plurality of filter frames 7 is radially provided by pin 15 to the center frame 1. plurality of filter frames 6 is radially provided by pin 14 to the lift frame 2 to be located between the filter frames 7. Each of filter frames is connected at its outer periphery by open frame links 8, 9, which are operated by open-frame cylinders 4, 5. Both sides of the filter frames 7 are mounted with diaphragm 20 by outer frame 21 and center frame 22. At the center of diaphragm, sludge feed connection pipe 30 is passed for feeding sludge.
