Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge treatment system which can reduce the load of a final sedimentation tank arranged in a subsequent stage of a biological reaction vessel and the water content of discharged cakes while saving a space for equipment.SOLUTION: A sludge treatment system 10 comprises: a solid-liquid separator 16 for separating organic drain sludge-treated in a biological reaction vessel 14 into solid and liquid; and a dehydrator 18 for dehydrating the concentrated sludge discharged from the solid-liquid separator 16. In the solid-liquid separator 16, there are provided a screw 44 for concentration and a filter body 42 formed by laminating a plate 50 around the screw for concentration in the circumferential direction. In the dehydrator 18, there are provided a secondary concentration machine 30 which concentrates the concentrated sludge from the solid-liquid separator 16 on the upper surface of a filter cloth belt 28 while carrying the concentrated sludge and a dehydrating machine 32 for pressure-dehydrating the sludge discharged from the secondary concentration machine 30.
